This is our annual residential gathering held within a medieval Castle in southern Austria for more senior students , and dedicated to the deepening and embodying of true internal method (nei fa) and how it informs both combat and health method : there will be a particular emphasis on deepening both Xingyi sword (dao fa, sabre) and also spear (qiang fa) method at this workshop.
