Internal Intent

Margaret River , Western Australia : 1-7 November : the International Internal Intensive workshop over 7 days (Sunday to Saturday) will be held on the iconic south west coast of Australia , and is open to all current students of our schools, and also internal method practitioners with some background in this method . This is one of our seminal workshops of the year , exploring the root and the reach of true nei fa work and how it informs both health and well being practises , as well as internal martial method , so please make both registration and accommodation arrangements well ahead of time .

The annual miniMax workshop over 5 days in south-western Australia will take place , and is open to all current students of our schools, and also to those with background in internal method concepts and practise wanting to deepen their practise.
